Run by and for the community
We operate a full library service, in partnership with Hull City Council, through over 60 Volunteer Library Assistants, with many more volunteers carrying out the huge range of other tasks required to keep the library operating, all managed by a Trustee Board of 11 local residents, library users and volunteers.

Just to let you know that from 1st May we will be operating our summer opening hours until 5:30 on Mondays and Thursdays.

Wristbands will be on sale at our Spring Fayre on Sunday 5 May, then in the library after that date. They are £10 in advance, £12.50 on the gate, under 18s are FREE. ![]()

We have a very limited number of gazebo tickets, please note that this year gazebos are restricted to a maximum size of 3x3m. If yours is bigger than this, you'll need to buy additional gazebo tickets. Gazebo tickets are £10 each - sold in advance only, they will NOT be available on the gate.
Reminder of tomorrows event. We will be planting beans and creating floral crafts.
